A block that displays the pinned post, or last post if no post is pinned, for a given post type or category.
In the editor, you can choose either Post Type or Category, and which one of these.
It will show the title of the post inside a paragraph, with a link to said post. It also have the option to include a text preceding the link, that will be displayed inside the same paragraph.
It does not have any other customisation option, like quantity of posts, or layout.
